Abstract

The invention relates to a method for synthesising peptides or proteins by successively elongating the second end of a peptide chain, the carboxylic acid function (C-terminal) or the amine function Na of which is attached to an anchoring molecule that is soluble in an apolar solvent, characterised in that said anchoring molecule comprises a polyolefin chain with at least 10 monomer units, and preferably between 15 and 50 units.

Procédé de synthèse de peptides ou protéines par élongation successive de la deuxième extrémité d'une chaîne peptidique dont la fonction acide carboxylique (C-terminal) ou la fonction amine Na est fixée sur une molécule d'ancrage soluble dans un solvant apolaire, caractérisé en ce que ladite molécule d'ancrage comporte une chaîne polyoléfine avec au moins 10 unités de monomères, et de préférence entre 15 et 50 unités.
