An extracorporeal blood treatment apparatus is provided comprising a filtration unit connected to a blood circuit and to a dialysate circuit, a preparation device for preparing and regulating the composition of the dialysis fluid; a control unit is configured for setting a sodium concentration value for the dialysis fluid in the dialysis supply line at a set point based on the physician prescription; starting from the initial patient plasma conductivity, estimated at the beginning of the treatment, and based on the target plasma conductivity/sodium concentration which is equivalent to the dialysate conductivity/sodium concentration prescribed, the control unit determines the minimum constant gradient between dialysis fluid and plasma conductivity/concentration to be maintained during treatment to achieve the conductivity/concentration target in the patient plasma at the end of the session.

L'invention concerne un appareil de traitement sanguin extracorporel comprenant une unité de filtration connectée à un circuit sanguin et à un circuit de dialysat, un dispositif de préparation pour préparer et réguler la composition du fluide de dialyse ; une unité de commande est configurée pour régler une valeur de concentration de sodium pour le fluide de dialyse dans la ligne d'alimentation de dialyse à un point de consigne sur la base de la prescription d'un médecin ; à partir de la conductivité de plasma de patient initiale, estimée au début du traitement, et sur la base de la conductivité de plasma/concentration de sodium cible qui est équivalente à la conductivité de dialysat/concentration de sodium prescrite, l'unité de commande détermine le gradient constant minimum entre le fluide de dialyse et la conductivité de plasma/concentration à maintenir pendant le traitement pour obtenir la conductivité/concentration cible dans le plasma de patient à la fin de la session.
