It is disclosed anti-BTN3A activating antibody fragments that specifically bind to BTN3A and activate the cytolytic function of Vγ9/Vδ2 T cells. The disclosure more specifically relates to specific anti-BTN3A binding proteins comprising such activating antibody fragments and their use in the manufacturing of novel drugs for use in treating cancer disorders, in particular cancers susceptible to be treated with activated γδ T cells.

L'invention concerne des fragments d'anticorps d'activation anti-BTN3A qui se lient spécifiquement à BTN3A et activent la fonction cytolytique de lymphocytes T Vγ9/Vδ2. L'invention concerne plus particulièrement des protéines de liaison anti-BTN3A spécifiques comprenant de tels fragments d'anticorps d'activation et leur utilisation dans la fabrication de nouveaux médicaments destinés à être utilisés dans le traitement de troubles cancéreux, en particulier de cancers susceptibles d'être traités par des lymphocytes T γδ activés.
