The invention relates to a portioned food product (1) of granola type, comprising a dry mix composition agglomerated by a binder. The binder comprises at least 45% by weight of honey, of invert sugar, or of a mix of honey or invert sugar. The food product has a dry mix composition to binder ratio such that the total sugar amount of the food product is below 20% in weight. This product can be molded with an appealing shape, such as a teddy bear shape. The food product disintegrates into pieces in a liquid such as milk in a reasonable time, thus providing the consumer with pieces of granola products in milk as if milk had been poured onto traditional granola. The invention further relates to a process for manufacturing such food product.

L'invention concerne un produit alimentaire portionné (1) de type granola, lequel comprend une composition de mélange sec agglomérée par un liant. Le liant comprend au moins 45 % en poids de miel, de sucre inverti, ou d'un mélange de miel ou de sucre inverti. Le produit alimentaire a une composition de mélange sec à un rapport de liant de telle sorte que la quantité totale de sucre du produit alimentaire soit inférieure à 20 % en poids. Ce produit peut être moulé dans une forme attrayante telle qu'une forme d’ourson. Le produit alimentaire se désintègre en morceaux dans un liquide tel que du lait dans un temps raisonnable, fournissant ainsi au consommateur des morceaux de produits de granola dans du lait comme si le lait avait été versé sur du granola classique. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé de fabrication dudit produit alimentaire.
