Abstract

A vehicle heat exchange system, which can effectively utilizes exhaust heat from a motor,includes a first heat exchanger (1) performing heat exchange between a first medium for use in cooling of an internal combustion engine (11) and a second medium for use in cooling of an inverter (21); a second heat exchanger (2) performing heat exchange between the first medium and a third medium for use in lubrication of a transmission (31) and/or cooling of motors (34, 35); a third heat exchanger (3) performing heat exchange between the second medium and the third medium; a switch valve (26) enabling selective switching between a first path A supplying the second medium having passed through the third heat exchanger (3) to the inverter (21) via an inverter radiator (23) and a second path B supplying the second medium having passed through the third heat exchanger (3) to the inverter (21) via the first heat exchanger (1); and a control unit (40) controlling the switch valve (26) such that the second path B is selected when the first medium is in a predetermined low-temperature state.

L'invention concerne un système d'échange de chaleur de véhicule, qui peut utiliser efficacement la chaleur de l'échappement d'un moteur, comprenant un premier échangeur de chaleur (1) qui effectue un échange de chaleur entre un premier milieu destiné à être utilisé dans le refroidissement d'un moteur à combustion interne (11) et un deuxième milieu destiné à être utilisé dans le refroidissement d'un onduleur (21); un deuxième échangeur de chaleur (2) réalisant un échange de chaleur entre le premier milieu et un troisième milieu pour une utilisation dans la lubrification d'une transmission (31) et/ou le refroidissement de moteurs (34, 35); un troisième échangeur de chaleur (3) réalisant un échange de chaleur entre le deuxième milieu et le troisième milieu; une vanne de commutation (26) permettant une commutation sélective entre un premier chemin A alimentant le second milieu ayant traversé le troisième échangeur de chaleur (3) vers l'onduleur (21) par l'intermédiaire d'un radiateur d'onduleur (23) et un second chemin B fournissant le second milieu ayant traversé le troisième échangeur de chaleur (3) à l'onduleur (21) par l'intermédiaire du premier échangeur de chaleur (1); et une unité de commande (40) commandant la vanne de commutation (26) de telle sorte que le second chemin B est sélectionné lorsque le premier milieu est dans un état de basse température prédéterminé.
