Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahrenzur Herstellung eines Schmiermittels, bei dem zunächst ein überbasisches Calciumsulfonat erzeugt bzw. bereitgestellt wird, dieses dann von der Vaterit-Form in die Calcit-Form umgewandelt und schließlich ein Calciumsulfonatfett durch Erhitzen der Mischung hergestellt wird. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner ein nach diesem Verfahren hergestelltes Schmiermittel und ein Schmiermittel, das mindestens eine Ester-Zusammensetzung, Calciumcarbonat und mindestens ein überbasisches Alkylbenzolsulfonat umfasst.Erfindungsgemäß wird die Basizität der Mischung während der Darstellung des überbasischen Calciumsulfonatsauf eine TBN von maximal 550 mg KOH/g und während der Umwandlung des Calciumsulfonatsauf eine TBN von maximal 450 mg KOH/g begrenzt. Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren zeichnet sich insbesondere dadurch aus, dass sowohl das Calciumsulfonat als auch diesesenthaltende Fett ausschließlich auf Ester-Basis hergestellt werden, so dass das Endprodukt keinerlei Mineralöl enthält und somit leicht und vollständig biologisch abbaubar ist.

The invention relates to a method for producing a lubricant, in which, first, an overbased calcium sulfonate is created or provided, this is then transformed from the vaterite to the calcite form and, finally, a calcium sulfonate grease is produced by heating the mixture. The invention further relates to a lubricant produced by this method and to a lubricant that comprises at least one ester composition, calcium carbonate and at least one overbased alkylbenzene sulfonate. According to the invention, the basicity of the mixture is limited to a TBN of at most 550 mg KOH/g during the synthesis of the overbased calcium sulfonate and to a TBN of at most 450 mg KOH/g during the transformation of the calcium sulfonate. The method according to the invention is characterized more particularly in that both the calcium sulfonate and grease containing same are produced only on an ester basis, and therefore the end product contains no mineral oil at all and is thus easily and completely biologically degradable.

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un lubrifiant, selon lequel un sulfonate de calcium surbasique est tout d'abord produit ou fourni, celui-ci est alors converti de la forme de vatérite à la forme de calcite et enfin une graisse de sulfonate de calcium est obtenue par chauffage du mélange. L'invention concerne en outre un lubrifiant obtenu selon ce procédé et un lubrifiant qui comprend au moins une composition d'ester, du carbonate de calcium et au moins un alkyle-benzène-sulfonate surbasique. Selon l'invention, la basicité du mélange pendant la représentation du sulfonate de calcium surbasique est limitée à un indice de base total de maximum 550 mg KOH/g et pendant la conversion du sulfonate de calcium à un indice de base total de maximum 450 mg KOH/g. Le procédé selon l'invention se caractérise en particulier par le fait qu'aussi bien le sulfonate de calcium que la graisse contenant celui-ci sont obtenus exclusivement à base d'ester, de sorte que le produit final ne contient pas d'huile minérale et est donc facilement et entièrement biodégradable.
