Abstract

This system (1) for real-time localization of a millimetric or submil limetric object (11), such as a microrobot, in a viscoelastic medium, in particular in an organ of a subject such as a brain, a liver or a pancreas, comprises: - at least one bubble (10) configured to be attached to said object (11), the or each bubble (10) comprising a hermetic envelope filled with a gas; - at least one ultrasound transducer (12) configured to emit initial ultrasound signals and to detect deflected ultrasound signals deflected at the surface of the bubble(s) (10); - a processing unit (13) in communication with the ultrasound transducers (12) and configured to generate localization data of the object from localization data of the bubble(s) based on the deflected ultrasound signals detected by the ultrasound transducers.

La présente invention concerne un système (1) pour la localisation en temps réel d'un objet millimétrique ou sous-millimétrique (11), tel qu'un microrobot, dans un milieu viscoélastique, en particulier dans un organe d'un sujet, tel qu'un cerveau, un foie ou un pancréas, lequel système comprend : - au moins une bulle (10) configurée pour être fixée audit objet (11), la ou chaque bulle (10) comprenant une enveloppe hermétique remplie d'un gaz ; - au moins un transducteur ultrasonore (12) configuré pour émettre des signaux ultrasonores initiaux et pour détecter des signaux ultrasonores déviés qui sont déviés à la surface de la ou des bulles (10) ; - une unité de traitement (13) en communication avec les transducteurs ultrasonores (12) et configurée pour générer des données de localisation de l'objet à partir de données de localisation de la ou des bulles sur la base des signaux ultrasonores déviés détectés par les transducteurs ultrasonores.
