Die Erfindung betrifft eine Anlage (1) zur additiven Herstellung eines Bauteils (2), welche eine Schichtauftragsvorrichtung (3) zum schichtweisen Auftragen von Pulverschichten (4) aus einem pulverförmigen Ausgangsmaterial (5) auf eine Schichtaufbauzone (6) einer Bauteilplattform (7) umfasst und welche eine Strahlungsquelle (8) zum Erzeugen eines Hochenergiestrahls (9), zum Verfestigen der Pulverschichten (4) im Bereich der Schichtaufbauzone (6) umfasst. Die Schichtauftragsvorrichtung (3) umfasst zwei Verteilungselemente (10, 11), welche jeweils eine Durchgangsöffnung (12, 13) zum Durchlassen des Ausgangsmaterials (5) in Richtung der Schichtaufbauzone (6) aufweisen. Anhand einer Bewegungseinrichtung (14) sind die Verteilungselemente (10, 11) derart relativ zueinander bewegbar, dass sich die Durchgangsöffnungen (12, 13) zum Durchlassen des Ausgangsmaterials (5) in Richtung der Schichtaufbauzone (6) bereichsweise überlappen. Weitere Aspekte der Erfindung betreffen eine Schichtauftragsvorrichtung (3) für eine derartige Anlage (1) sowie ein Verfahren zur additiven Herstellung eines Bauteils (2).

The invention relates to a system (1) for the additive production of a component (2). The system comprises a layer application device (3) for applying powder layers (4) made of a pulverulent starting material (5) on a layer construction zone (6) of a construction platform (7) in layers and a radiation source (8) for generating a high-energy beam (9) in order to solidify the powder layers (4) in the region of the layer construction zone (6). The layer application device (3) comprises two distribution elements (10, 11), each of which has a through-opening (12, 13) for the passage of the starting material (5) in the direction of the layer construction zone (6). Using a moving device (14), the distribution elements (10, 11) can be moved relative to each other such that the through-openings (12, 13) for the passage of the starting material (5) in the direction of the layer construction zone (6) overlap in some regions. Additional aspects of the invention relate to a layer application device (3) for such a system (1) and to a method for the additive production of a component (2).
