Disclosed is a guide roller comprising a guide roller body and a ceramic film layer coated on the outer surface of the guide roller body. Also disclosed is a production method of the guide roller. Specifically, the ceramic film layer is coated on the guide roller body by performing micro-arc oxidation on the guide roller body; then the guide roller body coated with the ceramic film layer is sealed, followed by a washing and drying step. The present application related to a guide roller with high surface hardness and excellent heat resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and insulation properties. The production method of the guide roller in the present application is stable and reliable, energy-saving and environmental-friendly, and is suitable for batch production.

L'invention concerne un rouleau de guidage comprenant un corps de rouleau de guidage et une couche de film céramique revêtue sur la surface externe du corps de rouleau de guidage. La présente invention concerne également un procédé de production du rouleau de guidage. En particulier, la couche de film céramique est revêtue sur le corps de rouleau de guidage par réalisation d'une oxydation par micro-arc sur le corps de rouleau de guidage ; puis le corps de rouleau de guidage revêtu de la couche de film céramique est scellé, puis une étape de lavage et de séchage est réalisée. La présente invention concerne un rouleau de guidage ayant une dureté de surface élevée et une excellente résistance à la chaleur, une excellente résistance à l'usure, une excellente résistance à la corrosion et d'excellentes propriétés d'isolation. Le procédé de production du rouleau de guidage selon la présente invention est stable et fiable, économe en énergie et respectueux de l'environnement, et est approprié pour une production par lots.
