Provided in the present disclosure are a resource scheduling processing method and apparatus. The method comprises: a base station fills in a DAI field in downlink control information DCI of each carrier according to a pre-configured DAI field filling rule, and sends the DAI field filled in according to the pre-configured DAI field filling rule by means of the DCI to a UE; on the basis of the resource allocation state and/or a resource allocation request of a secondary carrier, the base station implements resource allocation for all of the carriers and implements resource scheduling for all of the carriers; after resource scheduling is complete, on the basis of the resource scheduling results and the DAI field filled in according to the pre-configured DAI field filling rule, the base station determines a DAI field corresponding to the actual scheduled resources and determines a HARQ-ACK bit number; and the base station receives resource scheduling feedback sent by the UE and, on the basis of the DAI field corresponding to the actual scheduled resources and the resource scheduling feedback, performs processing on the HARQ-ACK bit number.

L'invention concerne un procédé et un appareil de traitement de planification de ressources. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : une station de base remplit un champ de DAI dans des informations de commande de liaison descendante DCI de chaque porteuse selon une règle de remplissage de champ pré-configuré de DAI et envoie le champ de DAI rempli selon la règle de remplissage de champ pré-configuré de DAI au moyen des DCI à un UE ; en fonction de l'état d'attribution de ressources et/ou d'une demande d'attribution de ressources d'une porteuse secondaire, la station de base met en œuvre une attribution de ressources pour toutes les porteuses et met en œuvre une planification de ressources pour toutes les porteuses ; après achèvement de la planification de ressources, en fonction des résultats de planification de ressources et du champ de DAI rempli selon la règle de remplissage de champ pré-configuré de DAI, la station de base détermine un champ de DAI correspondant aux ressources planifiées réelles et détermine un nombre de bits de HARQ-ACK ; et la station de base reçoit une rétroaction de planification de ressources envoyée par l'UE et, en fonction du champ de DAI correspondant aux ressources planifiées réelles et à la rétroaction de planification de ressources, effectue un traitement sur le nombre de bits de HARQ-ACK.
