A method and apparatus for controlling an air conditioner, a storage medium and a computer device, the control method comprising: when a first distance of a user relative to an air conditioner is less than or equal to a first set distance, according to the first distance and a second distance between a first air outlet and second air outlet of the air conditioner, determining a first pitch angle in a first air outlet direction of the first air outlet and a second pitch angle in a second air outlet direction of the second air outlet, a third distance between the intersection of the boundary of a first air supply area of the first air outlet and the boundary of a second air supply area of the second air outlet and the user being greater than or equal to a second set distance, wherein a first height of the first air outlet is greater than a second height of the second air outlet; and controlling the air conditioner according to the first air outlet direction and the second air outlet direction. The use of the present control method may achieve comfortable air supply.

La présente invention concerne un procédé et un appareil de commande d'un climatiseur, un support d'enregistrement et un dispositif informatique, le procédé de commande comprenant les étapes consistant à : lorsqu'une première distance d'un utilisateur par rapport à un climatiseur est inférieure ou égale à une première distance définie, en fonction de la première distance et d'une deuxième distance entre une première sortie d'air et une seconde sortie d'air du climatiseur, déterminer un premier angle de pas dans une première direction de sortie d'air de la première sortie d'air et un second angle de pas dans une seconde direction de sortie d'air de la seconde sortie d'air, une troisième distance entre l'intersection de la limite d'une première zone d'alimentation en air de la première sortie d'air et la limite d'une seconde zone d'alimentation en air de la seconde sortie d'air et l'utilisateur étant supérieure ou égale à une deuxième distance définie, une première hauteur de la première sortie d'air étant supérieure à une seconde hauteur de la seconde sortie d'air ; et commander le climatiseur selon la première direction de sortie d'air et la seconde direction de sortie d'air. L'utilisation du présent procédé de commande permet d'obtenir une alimentation en air confortable.

一种空调的控制方法、装置、存储介质及计算机设备,控制方法包括:当用户相对于空调的第一距离小于等于第一设定距离时,根据第一距离和空调的第一出风口和第二出风口之间的第二距离确定出第一出风口的第一出风方向的第一俯仰角和第二出风口的第二出风方向的第二俯仰角,第一出风口的第一送风区域的边界和第二出风口的第二送风区域的边界的交点与用户的第三距离大于等于第二设定距离,其中,第一出风口的第一高度大于第二出风口的第二高度,根据第一出风方向和第二出风方向控制空调,采用该控制方法可实现舒适送风。
