A method and apparatus for controlling an air conditioner, a storage medium and a computer device, which relate to the technical field of air conditioners. The control method comprises: when the age of indoor air is greater than or equal to a set air age, connecting each air outlet and a fresh air apparatus and obtaining a first distance and a first direction of a user relative to an air conditioner; determining a first air outlet direction according to a first air outlet temperature corresponding to a first temperature of a first heat exchanger and the first direction; determining a first air outlet speed of a first air outlet according to a set comfortable air speed, the first distance and a first short side length of the first air outlet; and controlling the air conditioner according to the first air outlet direction and the first air outlet speed. The use of the present technical solution may achieve comfortable air supply.

L'invention concerne un procédé et un appareil de commande d'un climatiseur, un support d'informations et un dispositif informatique, se rapportant au domaine technique des climatiseurs. Le procédé de commande consiste : à relier, lorsque l'âge de l'air intérieur est supérieur ou égal à un âge d'air défini, chaque sortie d'air et un appareil d'air frais, et à obtenir une première distance et une première direction d'un utilisateur par rapport à un climatiseur ; à déterminer une première direction de sortie d'air en fonction d'une première température de sortie d'air, correspondant à une première température d'un premier échangeur de chaleur, et de la première direction ; à déterminer une première vitesse de sortie d'air d'une première sortie d'air en fonction d'une vitesse d'air confortable définie, de la première distance et d'une première longueur côté court de la première sortie d'air ; et à commander le climatiseur en fonction de la première direction de sortie d'air et de la première vitesse de sortie d'air. L'utilisation de la présente solution technique permet d'obtenir une alimentation en air confortable.

一种空调的控制方法、装置、存储介质及计算机设备,属于空调技术领域。该控制方法包括:当室内空气龄大于等于设定空气龄时,连通每个出风口和新风装置,获取用户相对于空调的第一距离和第一方向,根据与第一换热器的第一温度对应的第一出风温度和第一方向确定出第一出风方向,根据设定舒适风速、第一距离和第一出风口的第一短边长度确定出第一出风口的第一出风速度,根据第一出风方向和第一出风速度控制空调。采用本技术方案可实现舒适送风。
