Disclosed are a control method and apparatus for an air conditioner, and a storage medium and a computer device, which belong to the technical field of air conditioners. The control method comprises: acquiring a first distance and a first direction of a user relative to an air conditioner; determining a first air outlet of two or more air outlets of the air conditioner according to the first direction; determining a first air outlet temperature of the first air outlet according to acquired user identity information; determining a first air outlet direction according to the first air outlet temperature and the first direction; determining a first air outlet speed of the first air outlet according to a set comfortable air speed, the first distance and the length of a first short side of the first air outlet; and controlling the air conditioner according to the first air outlet direction and the first air outlet speed. Comfortable air supply can be realized by using the technical solution.

L'invention concerne un procédé et un appareil de commande pour un climatiseur, et un support d’enregistrement et un dispositif informatique, se rapportant au domaine technique des climatiseurs. Le procédé de commande consiste à : obtenir une première distance et une première direction d'un utilisateur par rapport à un climatiseur ; déterminer une première sortie d'air d'au moins deux sorties d'air du climatiseur selon la première direction ; déterminer une première température de sortie d'air de la première sortie d'air en fonction d'informations d'identité d'utilisateur obtenues ; déterminer une première direction de sortie d'air en fonction de la première température de sortie d'air et de la première direction ; déterminer une première vitesse de sortie d'air de la première sortie d'air en fonction d'une vitesse d'air confortable définie, la première distance et la longueur d'un premier petit côté de la première sortie d'air ; et commander le climatiseur selon la première direction de sortie d'air et la première vitesse de sortie d'air. Une alimentation en air confortable peut être réalisée à l'aide de la solution technique.

本发明实施例公开了一种空调的控制方法、装置、存储介质和计算机设备,属于空调技术领域。控制方法包括:获取用户相对于空调的第一距离和第一方向,根据第一方向确定出空调的两个或多个出风口之中的第一出风口,根据已获取的用户身份信息确定出第一出风口的第一出风温度,根据第一出风温度和第一方向确定出第一出风方向,根据设定舒适风速、第一距离、第一出风口的第一短边长度确定出第一出风口的第一出风速度,根据第一出风方向和第一出风速度控制空调,采用上述技术方案可实现舒适送风。
