Disclosed by the present invention are an organic compound with a carbazole derivative as the core and a preparation method therefor and an application thereof, which relate to the technical field of semiconductors. The structure of the compound provided by the present invention is shown in the general formula (1). Also disclosed by the present invention are the preparation method for the compound and the application thereof. The compound provided by the present invention has high glass transition temperature and molecular thermal stability, suitable HOMO and LUMO energy levels, and high Eg. The optimization of the structure of an OLED device may effectively improve the photoelectric performance and service life thereof.

La présente invention concerne un composé organique ayant un dérivé carbazole en tant que noyau, son procédé de préparation et son utilisation, se rapportant au domaine technique des semi-conducteurs. La structure du composé selon la présente invention est représentée par la formule générale (1). La présente invention concerne également un procédé de préparation du composé et une utilisation associée. Le composé selon la présente invention a une température de transition vitreuse élevée ainsi qu'une haute stabilité thermique moléculaire, des niveaux d'énergie HOMO et LUMO appropriés, et une Eg élevée. L'optimisation de la structure d'un dispositif OLED peut améliorer de manière efficace les performances photoélectriques et la durée de vie de celui-ci.

本发明公开了一种以咔唑衍生物为核心的有机化合物及其制备方法和应用,属于半导体技术领域,本发明提供的化合物结构如通式(1)所示,本发明还公开了上述化合物的制备方法及其应用。本发明提供的化合物具有较高的玻璃化温度和分子热稳定性,合适的HOMO和LUMO能级,较高的Eg;通过器件结构优化,可有效提升OLED器件的光电性能以及OLED器件的寿命。
