Disclosed is a medium for inducing plasmid copy number increase and an application thereof. Compared to conventional plasmid copy number induction methods, the medium increases plasmid extraction concentration by 45-95%. Compared to the induction method in which a medium is used without adding glucose and arabinose, plasmid extraction concentration is increased by 110-440%. The medium plays an important role in inducing the increase in plasmid copy number and achieving high-throughput production.

L'invention concerne un support pour induire une augmentation du nombre de copies de plasmide et une application correspondante. Par rapport aux procédés classiques d'induction de nombre de copies de plasmide, le support augmente la concentration d'extraction de plasmide de 45 à 95 %. Par rapport au procédé d'induction dans lequel un support est utilisé sans ajout de glucose et d'arabinose, la concentration d'extraction de plasmide est augmentée de 110 à 440 %. Le support joue un rôle important dans l'induction de l'augmentation du nombre de copies de plasmide et la réalisation d'une production à haut rendement.
