Provided is a bio-coating (100), comprising a surface layer (110), wherein the surface layer (110) comprises multiple first single bodies connected in an unordered manner, and multiple first through holes are formed between the multiple first single bodies and inside the multiple first single bodies. The surface layer (110) is arranged on the outermost side of the bio-coating (100), the surface layer (110) comprises the multiple first single bodies, which are connected in an unordered manner, and the multiple first through holes are formed between the multiple first single bodies and inside the multiple first single bodies, i.e., the multiple first single bodies in the surface layer (110) are connected in an unordered manner; therefore, the multiple first through holes in the surface layer (110) can be in an unordered state, thereby facilitating the growing of corresponding bone tissue cells into the surface layer (110), and thus improving a bone ingrowth effect and long-term stability.
