Provided are a bending part (21) of an endoscope (20), and the endoscope (20). The two sides of the groove (12) are provided with locking parts (122), two sides of the bulge (13) are provided with sliding slots (131) matching the locking parts (122), the locking parts (122) can slide along the sliding slots (131), an open end (120) of the sliding slot (131) is provided with a limiting part (132), and the locking parts (122) can be clamped and stopped by the limiting parts (132), such that the locking parts (122) are limited in the sliding slots (131). The angle corresponding to an arc-shaped sliding track of the locking parts (122) along the sliding slots (131) is greater than or equal to the maximum angle of rotation of the bulge (13) relative to the groove (12). The bending part (21) of the endoscope (21) can maintain a stable connection between two bending blocks (10).
