The present application provides a secondary cell activation method and a communication apparatus. The method comprises: a terminal device receives an activation signaling of a secondary cell sent by a network device, the activation signaling comprising at least one piece of first quasi co-location indication information; the terminal device activates the secondary cell according to the activation signaling. The technical solution provided by the present application can reduce the activation delay of the secondary cell.

La présente invention concerne un procédé d'activation d'accumulateur et un appareil de communication. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : un dispositif terminal reçoit un signalement d'activation d'un accumulateur envoyé par un dispositif de réseau, le signalement d'activation comprenant au moins un élément de premières informations d'indication de quasi-localisation ; le dispositif terminal active l'accumulateur selon le signalement d'activation. La solution technique fournie par la présente invention peut réduire le retard d'activation de l'accumulateur.
