Provided is a light-emitting device, comprising a heat-conducting substrate (14), a reflecting layer (12) and a light-emitting layer (11) successively stacked from bottom to top. The light-emitting device is characterized in that the reflecting layer (12) is a gold reflecting layer, the light-emitting layer (11) comprises any one or more of a Y 3Al 5O 12:Ce 3+ fluorescent powder, a (Y,Gd) 3Al 5O 12:Ce 3+ fluorescent powder, an α-SiAlON:Eu 2+ fluorescent powder, and a (Sr,Ca)AlSiN 3:Eu 2+ fluorescent powder, wherein the dosage concentration of Ce 3+ in the Y 3Al 5O 12:Ce 3+ fluorescent powder is 1.2 mol% or more, the dosage concentration of Ce 3+ in the (Y,Gd) 3Al 5O 12:Ce 3+ fluorescent powder is 0.5 mol% or more, and the dosage concentration of Gd 3+ is 10 mol% or more.
