A light source system (100, 200, 300) and a projection device having a light source system (100, 200, 300). The light source system (100, 200, 300) comprises: a first light source (110, 210, 310) for emitting first laser light; a second light source (120, 220, 320) for emitting second laser light; and a wavelength conversion device (130, 230, 330), the wavelength conversion device (130, 230, 330) comprising a substrate (131, 231, 331), a light diffusion sheet (132, 232, 332) and a driving member (133, 233, 333), the substrate (131, 231, 331) being located collinearly with a central axis (134) of the light diffusion sheet (132, 232, 332) and being synchronously rotated around the central axis (134) under the driving of the drive member (133, 233, 333). The wavelength conversion device (130, 230, 330) further comprises a reflection region (135, 235, 335) and a wavelength conversion region (136, 236, 336) which are located on the same side of the substrate (131, 231, 331) and segmentally arranged, the first laser light emitted from the first light source (110, 210, 310) is incident on the reflection region (135, 235, 335) and the wavelength conversion region (136, 236, 336) in time sequence; and the first laser light emitted from the first light source (110, 210, 310) is incident on the wavelength conversion region (136, 236, 336) to enable excitation to generate fluorescent light, and the second laser light emitted from the second light source (120, 220, 320) is diffused by the light diffusion sheet (132, 232, 332) and then exits after being mixed with the fluorescent light having the same color. The light source system (100, 200, 300) can improve the brightness of a light source and reduce the occupation space.
