A drainage device and a system for controlling the discharging of concentrated water in a water purification process. The drainage device (7) comprises: a valve cavity (14), a flow gauge (3), a transmission shaft (4) and a control portion (16). The control portion (16) is used to control the motion of the transmission shaft (4) to adjust a liquid flow of the flow gauge (3) in the valve cavity (14). The device suppresses the instantaneous impact of liquid on the valve cavity (14) to relieve vibration generated by the instantaneous impact. By using a special structural design, the device is favorable for controlling the flow of concentrated water, is suitable for different pressure environments, achieves the objectives of a small volume, a controllable fitting area and a small friction force, prevents leakage, is easy to maintain and clean, and solves the problem of abnormal discharging of the concentrated water caused by water hammer and liquid impact in a water purification system.

L'invention concerne également un dispositif de drainage et un système de commande pour contrôler le rejet d'eau concentrée dans un processus de purification de l'eau. Le dispositif de drainage (7) comprend : une cavité de vanne (14), une jauge de débit (3), un arbre de transmission (4) et une partie de commande (16). La partie de commande (16) est utilisée pour commander le mouvement de l'arbre de transmission (4) afin d'ajuster un débit de liquide de la jauge de débit (3) dans la cavité de vanne (14). Le dispositif supprime l'impact instantané du liquide sur la cavité de vanne (14) pour relâcher les vibrations générées par l'impact instantané. En utilisant une conception structurale spéciale, le dispositif est favorable pour commander le débit d'eau concentrée, est approprié pour différents environnements de pression, atteint les objectifs d'un petit volume, d'une zone d'ajustement contrôlable et d'une petite force de frottement, empêche les fuites, est facile à entretenir et à nettoyer, et résout le problème de déversement anormal de l'eau concentrée provoqué par le coup de bélier et l'impact de liquide dans un système de purification d'eau.

一种排水装置及在净水过程中控制浓缩水排放的系统,所述排水装置(7),包括:阀腔体(14)、流量器(3)、传动轴(4)和控制部(16)。利用所述控制部(16)控制所述传动轴(4)的运动,调节所述阀腔体(14)中所述流量器(3)的液体流量。该装置抑制了液体对所述阀腔体(14)产生的瞬间冲击,减缓其带来的震动;采用特殊的结构设计有利于对浓缩水流量的控制;适应不同的压力环境,实现了体积小、贴合面积可控且摩擦力小的目的;避免渗漏,易于维护和清洗;解决了净水系统中水锤液击造成浓缩水排放失调的问题。
