Disclosed is a sleeve grouting fullness monitor, which belongs to the field of sleeve grouting, and solves the problems in the prior art of it not being possible to observe internal fullness during sleeve grouting, and of a fullness monitor being expensive and complicated to operate. The monitor and a sleeve form a communicating vessel by means of a communicating pipe (1-1, 2-1) so as to determine, by means of observing the height of a slurry in the communicating pipe (1-1, 2-1), whether the sleeve is full with grout; the communicating pipe (1-1, 2-1) is connected to a sleeve slurry outlet in a threaded manner or in an inserted manner; and the top of the communicating pipe (1-1, 2-1) is provided with an air hole. The monitor is low in cost and can effectively monitor whether filling with grout or slurry leakage occurs.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de surveillance de remplissage de cimentation de manchon, qui appartient au domaine de la cimentation de manchon, et résout les problèmes de l'état de la technique liés au fait qu'il n'est pas possible d'observer le remplissage interne pendant la cimentation d'un manchon, et aux coûts et à la complexité de fonctionnement d'un moniteur de remplissage. Le moniteur et un manchon forment un vase communicant grâce à un tuyau de communication (1-1, 2-1) de façon à déterminer, par observation de la hauteur d'une laitance dans le tuyau de communication (1-1, 2-1), si le manchon est rempli de coulis ; le tuyau de communication (1-1, 2-1) est relié à une sortie de laitance du manchon par filetage ou par insertion ; et la partie supérieure du tuyau de communication (1-1, 2-1) est pourvue d'un trou d'air. Le moniteur est peu coûteux et permet de surveiller efficacement toute fuite de coulis ou de laitance.

一种套筒灌浆饱满度监测器,属于套筒灌浆领域,解决了现有技术中套筒灌浆时内部饱满度无法观测、饱满度监测器价格昂贵以及操作复杂的问题。监测器通过连通管(1-1,2-1)与套筒形成连通器,通过观察连通管(1-1,2-1)内的浆料高度判断套筒是否灌浆饱满,连通管(1-1,2-1)与套筒出浆口通过螺纹连接或插接,连通管(1-1,2-1)顶部开设透气孔。监测器成本低且能够有效监测是否灌浆饱满或出现漏浆现象。
