A voice interaction method and device, a robot, and a computer readable storage medium, relating to the technical field of robots. The voice interaction method comprises: processing, using a deep learning neural network, a voice input by a user to recognize the language of the voice (S104); and providing to the user a robot voice interaction service corresponding to the language (S106). A robot is made to be able to provide to a user a voice interaction service corresponding to the language of the user, thereby improving user experience of a robot voice interaction service.

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif d'interaction vocale, un robot et un support de stockage lisible par ordinateur, se rapportant au domaine technique des robots. Le procédé d'interaction vocale consiste : à traiter, à l'aide d'un réseau neuronal d'apprentissage profond, une voix entrée par un utilisateur pour reconnaître la langue de la voix (S104) ; et à fournir à l'utilisateur un service d'interaction vocale avec le robot correspondant à la langue (S106). Un robot est conçu pour pouvoir fournir à un utilisateur un service d'interaction vocale correspondant à la langue de l'utilisateur, ce qui permet d'améliorer l'expérience d'utilisateur d'un service d'interaction vocale avec le robot.

一种语音交互方法、装置、机器人以及计算机可读存储介质,涉及机器人技术领域。其中的语音交互方法包括:利用深度学习神经网络对用户输入的语音进行处理,识别语音的语种(S104);为用户提供与语种相对应的机器人语音交互服务(S106)。使机器人能够为用户提供与用户的语种相对应的语音交互服务,提升了机器人语音交互服务的用户体验。
