The present invention relates to bumper paint having silver powder effect and no shielding effect on an automobile radar and a preparation method thereof. The bumper paint is prepared by the raw materials with the following components in parts by weight: 18-28 parts of wax additive, 6-9 parts of acrylic resin, 2-5 parts of modified polyester, 5-6 parts of amino rheological agent, 40-45 parts of cellulose acetate, 0.2-0.5 parts of flatting agent, 8-10 parts of solvent, 6-9 parts of sheet mica, and 0.2-0.5 parts of dispersing agent. Compared with the prior art, the bumper paint uses special sheet mica having silver powder effect as a pigment, and can exhibit a variety of silverysheens that are delicate, soft and sparkling by utilizing light refraction and transmission; and since pure natural sheet mica is used as the raw material, the paint has characteristics such as non-toxic, high temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, light resistance, non-conductivity and the like, and can completely replace metal aluminum powder pigment to be directly constructed on the bumper, and has no shielding effect on automotive radar.

La présente invention concerne une peinture de pare-chocs à effet de poudre d'argent, mais sans effet d'écran pour un radar automobile, et son procédé de préparation. La peinture de pare-chocs est préparée avec les matières premières ayant les constituants suivants en parties en poids : 18 à 28 parties d'un additif de cire, 6 à 9 parties d'une résine acrylique, 2 à 5 parties d'un polyester modifié, 5 à 6 parties d'un agent rhéologique amino, 40 à 45 parties d'acétate de cellulose, 0,2 à 0,5 parties d'un agent de matité, 8 à 10 parties d'un solvant, 6 à 9 parties de mica en feuilles et 0,2 à 0,5 parties d'un agent de dispersion. Par rapport à l'état de la technique, la peinture de pare-chocs utilise un mica spécial en feuilles, à effet de poudre d'argent, en tant que pigment, et peut présenter divers reflets argentés qui sont délicats, doux et scintillants, par utilisation de la réfraction et de la transmission de lumière ; étant donné que du mica naturel pur en feuilles est utilisé en tant que matière première, la peinture possède des caractéristiques telles que l'absence de toxicité, la résistance à des température élevées, la résistance aux acides et aux alcalis, la résistance à la lumière, la non-conductivité et autres, et peut remplacer complètement le pigment de poudre d'aluminium métallique à appliquer directement sur le pare-chocs, sans avoir un effet d'écran pour le radar automobile.

本发明涉及具银粉效果且对汽车雷达无屏蔽作用保险杠漆及制备方法,采用以下组分及重量份含量的原料制备得到:蜡类助剂18-28、丙烯酸树脂6-9、改性聚酯2-5、氨基流变剂5-6、醋酸纤维素40-45、流平剂0.2-0.5、溶剂8-10、云母片6-9、分散剂0.2-0.5。与现有技术相比,本发明采用具有银粉效果的特殊云母片作为颜料,利用光的折射和透射表现出细腻柔和、晶莹闪烁的多种银色光泽,同时由于原料来自于纯天然云母片,具有无毒、耐高温、耐酸碱、耐光照、不导电等特性,能够完全取代金属铝粉颜料,对汽车雷达无任何屏蔽作用,可以直接施工于保险杠上。
