A battery pack, comprising a battery module (1) and a box (2). The battery module (1) is accommodated in the box (2); the battery module (1) comprises: multiple batteries (12) arranged along the length direction, and terminal plates (11) located at the ends of the multiple batteries (12) in the length direction; each terminal plate (11) is provided with a main body part (111) and a lug (112); the main body part (111) and the lug (112) are integrally formed; the lug (112) protrudes outwards from the main body part (111) along the length direction of the battery module (1); the lug (112) is fixedly connected to the box (2). The integral formation between the main body part and the lug causes less components for fixed connection between the terminal plates and the box, the process steps concerning a connection operation are reduced, and the costs are further reduced. Also provided is a vehicle. The vehicle comprises the battery pack.

La présente invention concerne un bloc-batterie, comprenant un module de batterie (1) et un boîtier (2). Le module de batterie (1) est installé dans le boîtier (2) ; le module de batterie (1) comprend : de multiples batteries (12) agencées le long de la direction de la longueur, et des plaques terminales (11) situées aux extrémités des multiples batteries (12) dans la direction de la longueur ; chaque plaque terminale (11) est pourvue d'une partie de corps principal (111) et d'une patte (112) ; la partie de corps principal (111) et la patte (112) sont formées d'un seul tenant ; la patte (112) fait saillie vers l'extérieur à partir de la partie de corps principal (111) le long de la direction de la longueur du module de batterie (1) ; la patte (112) est reliée de manière fixe au boîtier (2). La formation d'un seul tenant entre la partie de corps principal et la patte entraîne moins de composants pour une connexion fixe entre les plaques terminales et le boîtier, les étapes de traitement concernant une opération de connexion sont réduites, et les coûts sont encore réduits. L'invention concerne également un véhicule. Le véhicule comprend le bloc-batterie.
