Provided are a method for manufacturing a thermal insulation material, a thermal insulation material manufactured by means of the method, and a refrigerator. The thermal insulation material (515, 519, 523, 527, 531, 535) comprises transparent monolithic aerogel (101), wherein the aerogel (101) is packaged with a first protective film (103) and a second protective film (107). In the method for manufacturing the thermal insulation material (515, 519, 523, 527, 531, 535), the aerogel (101) is adhered by means of a pneumatic vacuum generator (105) and is held and arranged on the first protective film (103); and the second protective film (107) is arranged on the aerogel (101) and the first protective film (103), and hot melting is performed on three sides of the first protective film (103) and the second protective film (107) to make a bag without damaging the monolithic aerogel (101), thereby realizing application of the transparent monolithic aerogel (101) to the thermal insulation material (515, 519, 523, 527, 531, 535).

La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un matériau d'isolation thermique, un matériau d'isolation thermique fabriqué au moyen du procédé, et un réfrigérateur. Le matériau d'isolation thermique (515, 519, 523, 527, 531, 535) comprend un aérogel monolithique transparent (101), l'aérogel (101) étant emballé avec un premier film de protection (103) et un second film de protection (107). Dans le procédé de fabrication du matériau d'isolation thermique (515, 519, 523, 527, 531, 535), l'aérogel (101) est collé au moyen d'un générateur de vide pneumatique (105) et est maintenu et disposé sur le premier film de protection (103) ; et le second film de protection (107) est disposé sur l'aérogel (101) et le premier film de protection (103), et une fusion à chaud est effectuée sur trois côtés du premier film de protection (103) et du second film de protection (107) pour fabriquer un sac sans endommager l'aérogel monolithique (101), ce qui permet d'appliquer l'aérogel monolithique transparent (101) au matériau d'isolation thermique (515, 519, 523, 527, 531, 535).
