Provided in the present disclosure are a video playback method, an apparatus, and a device, the method comprising: a slideable component to be laid out is determined; a video playback component is added to items in the slideable component; and the video playback component is controlled to perform video playback. Thus, by means of adding the video playback component to the items in the slideable component, when the slideable component begins sliding, the video playback component automatically slides along with the slideable component, achieving 100% gesture following, reducing delay in adjustments to the position of the video playback component, and preventing the video playback component from covering other content in the slideable component.

La présente invention concerne un procédé, un appareil et un dispositif de lecture vidéo. Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant à : déterminer un composant à défilement devant être positionné ; ajouter un composant de lecture vidéo à des éléments dans le composant à défilement ; et commander le composant de lecture vidéo de façon à effectuer une lecture vidéo. Par conséquent, grâce à l'ajout du composant de lecture vidéo aux éléments dans le composant à défilement, lorsque le composant à défilement commence à défiler, le composant de lecture vidéo défile automatiquement avec le composant à défilement, ce qui permet un suivi intégral des gestes, réduit un retard dans des ajustements à la position du composant de lecture vidéo et empêche le composant de lecture vidéo de couvrir un autre contenu dans le composant à défilement.
