Provided by the present disclosure are a touch method and device for a slide touch screen apparatus. The method comprises the following steps: when a long touch event on the touch screen of the slide touch screen apparatus is detected, judging whether sensing signals corresponding to respective sensing positions have changed in a preset time period; if at least one sensing signal is determined to have changed, shielding the long touch event; if all sensing signals are determined to have not changed, responding to the long touch event.

L'invention concerne un procédé tactile et un dispositif pour un appareil à écran tactile à glissement. Ledit procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : la détermination, lorsqu'un événement tactile long sur un écran tactile de l'appareil à écran tactile à glissement est détecté, si des signaux de détection correspondant à des positions de détection respectives ont changé dans une période de temps prédéfinie ; la protection, lorsqu'au moins un signal de détection est déterminé comme ayant changé, de l'événement tactile long ; la réponse, lorsque tous les signaux de détection sont déterminés comme n'ayant pas changé, à l'événement tactile long.
