Disclosed in the present invention are a flame-retardant nylon composite material and an application thereof. The flame-retardant nylon composite material comprises the following components: 55-80 parts of a nylon resin, 1-30 parts of red phosphorus, and 0.01-2 parts of a phenolic substance. According to the present invention, by adding a small amount of phenolic substance into the red phosphorus flame-retardant nylon composite material, phosphorus can be effectively prevented from being separated out and the separate-out amount of hydrogen phosphide can be reduced to 30 ppm or below; and meanwhile, a good electric property can be kept, so that the flame-retardant nylon composite material is suitable for the fields of connectors, contactors and the like in electric products.

La présente invention concerne un matériau composite de nylon ignifuge et une application associée. Le matériau composite de nylon ignifuge comprend les constituants suivants : 55 à 80 parties d'une résine de nylon, 1 à 30 parties de phosphore rouge et 0,01 à 2 parties d'une substance phénolique. Selon la présente invention, par ajout d'une petite quantité de substance phénolique au matériau composite de nylon ignifuge au phosphore rouge, il est possible d'empêcher efficacement la séparation du phosphore, et la quantité séparée de phosphure d'hydrogène peut être réduite à 30 ppm ou moins ; simultanément, une propriété électrique satisfaisante peut être maintenue, de telle sorte que le matériau composite de nylon ignifuge est approprié pour les domaines des connecteurs, des contacteurs et autres dans des produits électriques.

本发明公开了一种阻燃尼龙复合材料及其应用,包括组分:尼龙树脂55份-80份;红磷1份-30份;酚类物质0.01份-2份。本发明通过在红磷阻燃尼龙复合材料中加入少量的酚类物质,可以有效的抑制磷析出,可以将磷化氢的析出量降低到30ppm或以下,同时能保持良好的电性能,适合用于电子电器中的连接器、接触器等领域。
