Abstract

An automatic spooling device for wires and optical cables, comprising a support frame (1) and an optical cable (10). A beam (2), a connection rod (8), and a frame (11) are disposed sequentially from the top of the support frame (1). A rotation shaft (12) is mounted on the frame (11). A second press wheel (9), a sleeve (13), and another second press wheel (9) are sequentially mounted on the rotation shaft (12). A recess (14) provided with a first spring (15) is disposed in the sleeve (13). A first press wheel (7) is disposed between two sets of second press wheels (9), and an elastic lifting device (6) is provided below the first press wheel (7). A drive motor (5) and a spool (4) are provided at a left portion of the support frame (1). The elastic lifting device extends the service life of the automatic spooling device, and reduces the incidence of wire loosening.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de bobinage automatique qui est destiné à des fils et à des câbles optiques et qui comprend un cadre de support (1) et un câble optique (10). Un faisceau (2), une tige de liaison (8) et un cadre (11) sont disposés séquentiellement à partir du sommet du cadre de support (1). Un arbre de rotation (12) est monté sur le cadre (11). Une seconde roue de presse (9), un manchon (13) et une autre seconde roue de presse (9) sont montés séquentiellement sur l'arbre de rotation (12). Un renfoncement (14) pourvu d'un premier ressort (15) est ménagé dans le manchon (13). Une première roue de pression (7) est disposée entre deux ensembles de secondes roues de pression (9), et un dispositif de levage élastique (6) est agencé au-dessous de la première roue de pression (7). Un moteur d'entraînement (5) et une bobine (4) sont agencés au niveau d'une partie gauche du cadre de support (1). Le dispositif de levage élastique prolonge la durée de vie du dispositif de bobinage automatique, et réduit l'incidence du desserrage du fil.
