Abstract

The present invention provides a novel focusing vehicle-mounted camera which enables the camera to be always in an optimal clear state and ensures the imaging quality of the camera. The novel focusing vehicle-mounted camera comprises a front housing, a rear housing, a sensor substrate, and a lens, wherein a convex lens is fixedly arranged at a front end of the front housing; a plurality of thickness direction penetrating holes are provided in the periphery of the sensor substrate; an electrode bushing is fixedly mounted in each thickness direction penetrating hole; each electrode bushing is fixedly connected to a corresponding electrode bar; a lower end of each electrode bar is fixedly connected to a corresponding mounting position of the front housing; an adjusting distance is reserved between the sensor substrate and the corresponding mounting position of the front housing; the sensor substrate and the front housing are connected by means of the electrode bar to form an integral structure; the sensor substrate is connected to each electrode bushing by means of a circuit; the rear housing covers the front housing to form a mounting cavity; and the sensor substrate is located in the mounting cavity.

La présente invention concerne une nouvelle caméra à focalisation montée sur véhicule qui permet à la caméra d'être toujours dans un état net optimal et assure la qualité d'imagerie de la caméra. La nouvelle caméra à focalisation montée sur véhicule comprend un boîtier avant, un boîtier arrière, un substrat de capteur et une lentille, une lentille convexe étant agencée de façon fixe au niveau d'une extrémité avant du boîtier avant ; une pluralité de trous pénétrants dans la direction de l'épaisseur sont disposés dans la périphérie du substrat de capteur ; un manchon d'électrode est monté de manière fixe dans chaque trou pénétrant dans la direction de l'épaisseur ; chaque manchon d'électrode est relié de manière fixe à une électrode correspondante ; une extrémité inférieure de chaque électrode est reliée de manière fixe à une position de montage correspondante du boîtier avant ; une distance de réglage est prévue entre le substrat de capteur et la position de montage correspondante du boîtier avant ; le substrat de capteur et le boîtier avant sont reliés au moyen de l'électrode pour former une structure intégrale ; le substrat de capteur est connecté à chaque manchon d'électrode au moyen d'un circuit ; le boîtier arrière recouvre le boîtier avant pour former une cavité de montage ; et le substrat de capteur est situé dans la cavité de montage.
