An integrated method and integrated structure of a control circuit and a surface acoustic wave (SAW) filter. The integrated method comprises: providing a substrate, wherein a control circuit is formed on the substrate; forming a cavity (402) on the substrate; providing an SAW resonance sheet, wherein the surface of the SAW resonance sheet is provided with an input electrode and an output electrode; the surface of the SAW resonance sheet facing towards the substrate, such that the SAW resonance sheet is bonded to the substrate and the cavity (402) is closed; and electrically connecting the control circuit to the input electrode and the output electrode. By means of controlling a SAW filter through the control circuit provided on the substrate, the problems of a complicated electrical connection process and large insertion loss caused by the integration of an existing SAW filter, serving as a discrete device, on a PCB can be avoided.

L'invention concerne un procédé intégré et une structure intégrée d'un circuit de commande et d'un filtre à ondes acoustiques de surface (SAW). Le procédé intégré comprend : la fourniture d'un substrat, un circuit de commande étant formé sur le substrat; la formation d'une cavité (402) sur le substrat; la fourniture d'une feuille de résonance SAW, la surface de la feuille de résonance SAW étant pourvue d'une électrode d'entrée et d'une électrode de sortie; la surface de la feuille de résonance SAW faisant face au substrat, de telle sorte que la feuille de résonance SAW est liée au substrat et la cavité (402) est fermée; et la connexion électrique du circuit de commande à l'électrode d'entrée et à l'électrode de sortie. Au moyen de la commande d'un filtre SAW à travers le circuit de commande disposé sur le substrat, les problèmes d'un processus de connexion électrique compliqué et d'une grande perte d'insertion provoqués par l'intégration d'un filtre SAW existant, servant de dispositif discret, sur une carte de circuit imprimé peuvent être évités.

一种控制电路与表面声波(SAW)滤波器的集成方法和集成结构。该集成方法包括:提供基底,基底形成有控制电路;在基底上形成空腔(402);提供SAW谐振片,SAW谐振片的表面设有输入电极、输出电极;将SAW谐振片的表面朝向基底,使SAW谐振片键合于基底且封闭空腔(402);将控制电路与输入电极、输出电极电连接。通过设于基底的控制电路对SAW滤波器进行控制,可避免现有SAW滤波器作为分立器件集成于PCB导致的电连接工艺复杂、插入损耗大等问题。
