A production process for a fiber reinforced polyurethane composite material. A tightening cross section glue injection mold (1) is adopted, and a polyurethane resin raw material is subjected to a vertical stretching and extruding process so as to obtain the fiber reinforced polyurethane composite material (2); and the tightening section is a cross section allowing any glue solution in the glue injection mold continuously to be continuously perpendicular to the traction direction of the stretching and extruding process in the production process. The glue injection box adopted is a tightening section, so that the glue solution does not reside in the glue injection box; a vertical stretching and extruding process is adopted, so that the flowing direction of the glue solution is collinear with the direction of the fibers in the stretching and extruding mode, and the infiltration requirement between the fibers and the resin is fully met, thereby effectively solving the problems of poor fiber wettability and glue blocking of the glue injection box in the traditional stretching and extruding process.

L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un matériau composite à base de polyuréthane renforcé par des fibres. Un moule d'injection (1) de colle présentant une section transversale qui se resserre est utilisé et une matière première à base de résine de polyuréthane est soumise à un procédé d'étirage et d'extrusion verticaux de façon à obtenir le matériau composite (2) à base de polyuréthane renforcé par des fibres; et la section qui se resserre est une section transversale permettant continuellement à toute solution de colle dans le moule d'injection de colle d'être continuellement perpendiculaire à la direction de traction du procédé d'étirage et d'extrusion dans le procédé de production. La boîte d'injection de colle utilisée présente une section qui se resserre, de telle sorte que la solution de colle ne reste pas dans la boîte d'injection de colle; un procédé d'étirage et d'extrusion verticaux est utilisé, de sorte que la direction d'écoulement de la solution de colle est colinéaire avec la direction des fibres dans le mode d'étirage et d'extrusion et l'exigence d'infiltration entre les fibres et la résine est pleinement satisfaite, ce qui permet de résoudre efficacement les problèmes de faible mouillabilité des fibres et de blocage de colle de la boîte d'injection de colle dans le procédé d'étirage et d'extrusion traditionnel.

一种纤维增强聚氨酯复合材料的生产工艺,其特征在于,采用紧缩截面注胶模具(1),将聚氨酯树脂原料通过竖直向拉挤工艺,制得纤维增强聚氨酯复合材料(2);所述紧缩截面是指,生产过程中注胶模具内任一胶液持续存在的垂直于拉挤工艺牵引方向的横截面。所采用的注胶盒为紧缩截面,充分保证胶液在注胶盒内无驻留;对应采用竖向拉挤的方式,使得胶液的流动方向与拉挤过程中纤维的走向共线,充分满足纤维与树脂间的浸润需求,有效解决了传统拉挤工艺纤维浸润性差及注胶盒堵胶的问题。
