Disclosed in the present invention is a wiring device for oxygen belts and acetylene belts for installation of a power station boiler. The wiring device is formed by assembling several main line components, several branch line components and several three-way components. The main line components and the branch line components have the same structure, and main body structures of the main line components and the three-way components are all square tubular structures. One end of each main body structure is connected to an interface by means of a flaring structure, the interface is a square tubular structure, the aspect ratio of a radial cross section of the interface is equal to the aspect ratio of a radial cross section of the main body structure, the radial cross sectional area of the interface is larger than the radial cross sectional area of the main body structure, the other end of the main body structure of the main line component is provided with a socket, a radial cross section of the socket of the main line component is the same as a radial cross section of the main body structure, the other end of the main body structure of the three-way component is provided with at least two sockets, and the included angle between every two sockets of the three-way component is greater than 0° and less than 180°. The present invention can solve the problem of disordered arrangement of the dispersive oxygen and acetylene belts for constructing a power station boiler.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de câblage pour bandes d'oxygène et bandes d'acétylène pour l'installation d'une chaudière de centrale électrique. Le dispositif de câblage est formé par assemblage de plusieurs composants de ligne principale, de plusieurs composants de ligne de ramification et de plusieurs composants à trois voies. Les composants de ligne principale et les composants de ligne de ramification ont la même structure et des structures de corps principal des composants de ligne principale et des composants à trois voies sont toutes des structures tubulaires carrées. Une extrémité de chaque structure de corps principal est reliée à une interface au moyen d'une structure d'évasement, l'interface est une structure tubulaire carrée, le rapport d'aspect d'une section transversale radiale de l'interface est égal au rapport d'aspect d'une section transversale radiale de la structure de corps principal, la zone de section transversale radiale de l'interface est plus grande que la zone de section transversale radiale de la structure de corps principal, l'autre extrémité de la structure de corps principal du composant de ligne principale est pourvue d'une douille, une section transversale radiale de la douille du composant de ligne principale est la même qu'une section transversale radiale de la structure de corps principal, l'autre extrémité de la structure de corps principal du composant à trois voies est pourvue d'au moins deux douilles et l'angle inclus entre chaque paire de douilles du composant à trois voies est supérieur à 0° et inférieur à 180°. La présente invention peut résoudre le problème de l'agencement désordonné des bandes d'oxygène et d'acétylène dispersives pour construire une chaudière de centrale électrique.

本发明公开了一种电站锅炉安装用氧气皮带、乙炔皮带布线装置,由若干主线部件、若干支线部件和若干三通部件组装形成,主线部件和支线部件的结构相同,主线部件和三通部件的主体结构均为方形筒状结构,主体结构的一端通过扩口结构连接接口,接口为方形筒状结构,接口的径向截面的长宽比与主体结构的径向截面的长宽比相等,接口的径向截面积大于主体结构的径向截面积,主线部件的主体结构的另一端为一个插口,主线部件的插口的径向截面与主体结构的径向截面相同,三通部件的主体结构的另一端为至少两个插口,三通部件的每两个插口之间的夹角均大于0°小于180°,本发明能够解决电站锅炉施工用氧气乙炔皮带分散型方式布置凌乱的问题。
