Provided in the present invention is a sound production device, comprising a basket, a vibration system, and a magnetic circuit system. The vibration system comprises a diaphragm, a voice coil, and elastic support assemblies; the magnetic circuit system comprises a magnetic yoke, a primary magnetic steel, two secondary magnetic steels, and a clamping plate; there are two elastic support assemblies which are respectively located on two other opposite sides of the primary magnetic steel, the clamping plate comprises a body and two support parts, and the two support parts are respectively opposite to the two elastic support assemblies; each of the elastic support assemblies is provided with a receding hole passing therethrough and directly facing the support part; the magnetic yoke comprises a magnetic yoke body fixed to the basket and two extension parts respectively extending from two opposite sides of the magnetic yoke body to the two support parts, and the two extension parts respectively pass through the receding holes opposite thereto and abut against the opposite support parts. Compared with related art, the sound production device of the present invention has good reliability and excellent acoustic performance.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de production de son, comprenant un panier, un système de vibration et un système de circuit magnétique. Le système de vibration comprend un diaphragme, une bobine acoustique et des ensembles de support élastiques; le système de circuit magnétique comprend une culasse magnétique, un acier magnétique primaire, deux aciers magnétiques secondaires, et une plaque de serrage; deux ensembles de support élastiques sont respectivement situés sur deux autres côtés opposés de l'acier magnétique primaire, la plaque de serrage comprend un corps et deux parties de support, et les deux parties de support sont respectivement opposées aux deux ensembles de support élastiques; chacun des ensembles de support élastiques est pourvu d'un trou en retrait passant à travers celui-ci et faisant directement face à la partie de support; la culasse magnétique comprend un corps de culasse magnétique fixé au panier et deux parties d'extension s'étendant respectivement depuis deux côtés opposés du corps de culasse magnétique jusqu'aux deux parties de support, et les deux parties d'extension passent respectivement à travers les trous en retrait à l'opposé de celles-ci et viennent en butée contre les parties de support opposées. Par rapport à l'état de la technique associé, le dispositif de production de son de la présente invention présente une bonne fiabilité et d'excellentes performances acoustiques.

本发明提供了一种发声器件,其包括盆架、振动系统及磁路系统,所述振动系统包括振膜、音圈及弹性支撑组件;所述磁路系统包括磁轭、主磁钢、两个副磁钢及夹板;所述弹性支撑组件包括两个且分别位于所述主磁钢的另外相对两侧,所述夹板包括主体和两个支撑部,两个所述支撑部分别与两个所述弹性支撑组件相对;每一个所述弹性支撑组件设有贯穿其上且与所述支撑部正对的让位孔;所述磁轭包括固定于所述盆架的磁轭本体和由所述磁轭本体的相对两侧分别向两个所述支撑部方向延伸的两个延伸部,两个所述延伸部分别穿过与其相对的所述让位孔并抵接于相对的所述支撑部。与相关技术相比,本发明的发声器件可靠性好且声学性能优。
