A radiation output apparatus and method. The radiation output apparatus comprises: a radiation generating module, configured to generate an initial radiation; a filter module, configured to reflect a part of a first preset wavelength in the initial radiation to the radiation generating module and to transmit a part of a second preset wavelength in the initial radiation, with the transmitted radiation serving as an output radiation of the radiation output apparatus; a detection and feedback module, configured, with the output radiation partly or entirely serving as a feedback radiation, to instruct an adjusting module to adjust the filter module on the basis of the feedback radiation; and the adjustment module, connected to the filter module, configured to adjust the position and/or angle of the filter module on the basis of the instruction of the detection and feedback module.

L'invention concerne un procédé et un appareil d'émission de rayonnement. L'appareil d'émission de rayonnement comprend : un module de génération de rayonnement, configuré pour générer un rayonnement initial ; un module de filtre, configuré pour réfléchir une partie d'une première longueur d'onde prédéfinie du rayonnement initial vers le module de génération de rayonnement et pour transmettre une partie d'une seconde longueur d'onde prédéfinie du rayonnement initial, le rayonnement transmis servant de rayonnement d'émission de l'appareil d'émission de rayonnement ; un module de détection et de rétroaction, configuré pour, le rayonnement d'émission servant partiellement ou entièrement de rayonnement de rétroaction, donner à un module de réglage l'instruction de régler le module de filtre sur la base du rayonnement de rétroaction ; et le module de réglage, connecté au module de filtre, configuré pour régler la position et/ou l'angle du module de filtre sur la base de l'instruction du module de détection et de rétroaction.
