Provided are an uplink control information transmission method and a terminal. The uplink control information transmission method comprises: according to whether to configure CBG-based PDSCH transmission, determining a type used for feedback of HARQ-ACK corresponding to each PDSCH; and according to the type used for the HARQ-ACK corresponding to each PDSCH, transmitting HARQ-ACK corresponding to at least one PDSCH, wherein the type used for the HARQ-ACK corresponding to each PDSCH comprises: a CBG-based HARQ-ACK feedback mode or a transmission block (TB)-based HARQ-ACK feedback mode.

L'invention concerne un procédé de transmission d'informations de commande de liaison montante et un terminal. Le procédé de transmission d'informations de commande de liaison montante comporte les étapes consistant: suivant qu'il convient ou non de configurer une transmission de PDSCH basée sur des CBG, à déterminer un type utilisé pour la rétroaction d'ACK de HARQ correspondant à chaque PDSCH; et selon le type utilisé pour l'ACK de HARQ correspondant à chaque PDSCH, à transmettre un ACK de HARQ correspondant à au moins un PDSCH, le type utilisé pour l'ACK de HARQ correspondant à chaque PDSCH comportant: un mode de rétroaction d'ACK de HARQ basée sur des CBG ou un mode de rétroaction d'ACK de HARQ basée sur des blocs de transmission (TB).
