Disclosed is an insulation processing method for a superconducting magnet outlet tail having a Y-shaped tail structure. According to the special shape of the outlet tail, an insulation stacked wrap is wrapped around the outlet tail to implement insulation processing. The present invention provides a practical solution for full coverage with uniformly sized insulation material on the surface of a conductor of a coil having a Y-shaped geometric structure. The invention has a simple structure and can meet the requirements on the insulation strength and size.

L'invention concerne un procédé de traitement d'isolation pour une queue de sortie d'aimant supraconducteur ayant une structure de queue en forme de Y. Selon la forme particulière de la queue de sortie, une enveloppe d'isolation empilée est enroulée autour de la queue de sortie pour mettre en oeuvre un traitement d'isolation. La présente invention fournit une solution pratique pour une couverture complète avec un matériau d'isolation de taille uniforme sur la surface d'un conducteur d'une bobine ayant une structure géométrique en forme de Y. L'invention présente une structure simple et peut satisfaire aux exigences de résistance et de taille d'isolation.

本发明公开了一种Y型尾端结构的超导磁体出线尾端的绝缘处理方法,根据出线尾端的特殊形状,在出线尾端上包绕绝缘叠包进行绝缘处理。本发明为线圈具备Y型几何结构的导体表面绝缘材料尺寸均匀和全包覆提供一种切实可行的解决方案。本发明的结构简单,能够保证绝缘强度及尺寸上的要求。
