Provided is a method for purifying quantum dot, comprising the steps of: providing a quantum dot solution; the quantum dot solution comprises quantum dots and a first free organic carboxylic acid, adding a first organic amine to the quantum dot solution to mix, then adding an extractant and a precipitant, performing centrifugation to obtain purified quantum dots; alternatively, the quantum dot solution comprises quantum dots and a second free organic amine, adding a second organic carboxylic acid to the quantum dot solution to mix, then adding an extractant and a precipitant, performing centrifugation to obtain purified quantum dots. Under certain conditions, organic carboxylic acid and organic amine can be adsorbed together through electrostatic interaction to form non-polar strong complex molecules, the complex molecules are easily dispersed in the extractant, and can be separated from the quantum dot solution after centrifugation, thereby, the organic carboxylic acid or organic amine in the quantum dot solution is removed to obtain the purified quantum dots.

L'invention concerne un procédé de purification de points quantiques, consistant : à obtenir une solution de points quantiques, ladite solution comprenant des points quantiques et un premier acide carboxylique organique libre ; à ajouter une première amine organique à la solution de points quantiques pour le mélange, puis à ajouter un agent d'extraction et un précipitant, à effectuer une centrifugation pour obtenir des points quantiques purifiés ; en variante, à obtenir une solution de points quantiques comprenant des points quantiques et une deuxième amine organique libre, à ajouter un deuxième acide carboxylique organique à la solution de points quantiques pour le mélange, puis à ajouter un agent d'extraction et un précipitant, à effectuer une centrifugation pour obtenir des points quantiques purifiés. Dans certaines conditions, l'acide carboxylique organique et l'amine organique peuvent être adsorbés ensemble par interaction électrostatique pour former des molécules complexes fortes non polaires, les molécules complexes étant facilement dispersées dans l'agent d'extraction, et peuvent être séparés de la solution de points quantiques après centrifugation. Ainsi, l'acide carboxylique organique ou l'amine organique dans la solution de points quantiques est éliminé(e), ce qui permet d'obtenir les points quantiques purifiés.

一种量子点提纯方法,其包括步骤:提供一种量子点溶液;所述量子点溶液包括量子点和游离的第一有机羧酸,向所述量子点溶液中加入第一有机胺混合,然后再加入萃取剂和沉淀剂,离心得到提纯后的量子点;或者,所述量子点溶液包括量子点和游离的第二有机胺,向所述量子点溶液中加入第二有机羧酸混合,然后再加入萃取剂和沉淀剂,离心得到提纯后的量子点。利用有机羧酸和有机胺在一定条件下可通过静电相互作用吸附在一起形成非极性较强的络合分子,络合分子容易分散到萃取剂中,通过离心处理后可从量子点溶液中分离出来,从而去除掉量子点溶液中的有机羧酸或有机胺,得到提纯后的量子点。
