Disclosed is a high-breaking miniature fuse, comprising an outer ceramic tube (1), end caps (5) located at two ends of the outer ceramic tube, and a fuse wire (4) accommodated in the outer ceramic tube (1) and respectively connected to the end caps (5) at the two ends thereof, wherein an inner ceramic tube (3) is further arranged in the outer ceramic tube (1), the inner ceramic tube (3) surrounds the fuse wire (4), and the inner ceramic tube (3) can limit an arc channel in the breaking process of the fuse wire (4), thereby improving an arc voltage, reducing the arcing time and arcing energy, and preventing phenomena such as ceramic tube cracking and secondary arcing from occurring during the breaking process.

L'invention concerne un fusible miniature à capacité de rupture élevée, comprenant un tube céramique externe (1), des capuchons d'extrémité (5) situés à deux extrémités du tube céramique externe, et un fil fusible (4) logé dans le tube céramique externe (1) et relié respectivement aux capuchons d'extrémité (5) à ses deux extrémités, un tube céramique interne (3) étant en outre disposé dans le tube céramique externe (1), le tube céramique interne (3) entourant le fil fusible et pouvant limiter un canal d'arc dans le processus de rupture du fil fusible (4), améliorant ainsi une tension d'arc, réduisant la durée d'arc et l'énergie de maintien d'arc, et empêchant la survenue de phénomènes tels que la fissuration de tube céramique et la formation d'arc secondaire pendant le processus de rupture.

一种高分断小型熔断器,包括外瓷管(1)、位于外瓷管两端的端帽(5)、收容于外瓷管(1)内并分别与两端的端帽(5)连接的熔丝(4),外瓷管(1)内还设有内瓷管(3),该内瓷管(3)围绕熔丝(4),内瓷管(3)在熔丝(4)分断过程中可以限制电弧通道,提升电弧电压,缩短燃弧时间和燃弧能量,避免分断过程中出现的瓷管炸裂、二次燃弧等现象。
