The present disclosure relates to the technical field of luminescent materials, and relates in particular to an organic electroluminescent compound, a preparation method therefor and an organic electroluminescent device. In order to solve the existing problems in traditional hole transport materials to obtain an ideal material, the present disclosure proposes a solution to introduce arylamine and a heterocyclic ring at the 9-position of heteroanthracene. By means of introducing arylamine, hole injection/transport capabilities are obtained, as well as high power efficiency and long service life; by means of introducing a heterocyclic ring, an appropriate glass transition temperature is obtained, thereby obtaining a high-quality organic electroluminescent material. Devices made from the compound provided by the present disclosure have excellent current efficiency and power efficiency and have a long service life. The preparation method for an organic electroluminescent compound provided by the present disclosure is simple and easy to implement, has a high yield, and is suitable for industrial production.

La présente invention se rapporte au domaine technique des matériaux luminescents, et concerne en particulier un composé électroluminescent organique, un procédé de préparation associé et un dispositif électroluminescent organique. La présente invention propose une solution permettant d'introduire une arylamine et un noyau hétérocyclique en position 9 d'un hétéroanthracène, ce qui permet de résoudre des problèmes existants se rapportant à des matériaux de transport de trous classiques afin d'obtenir un matériau idéal. L'introduction d'arylamine selon l'invention, permet d'obtenir des propriétés d'injection/transport de trous, ainsi qu'un rendement énergétique élevé et une longue durée de vie ; l'introduction d'un noyau hétérocyclique, permet d'obtenir également une température de transition vitreuse appropriée, un matériau électroluminescent organique de haute qualité étant ainsi obtenu. Le composé fourni par la présente invention permet de fabriquer des dispositifs ayant une excellente efficacité de courant et un excellent rendement énergétique ainsi qu'une longue durée de vie. Le procédé de préparation d'un composé électroluminescent organique fourni par la présente invention est simple et facile à mettre en œuvre, a un rendement élevé, et est approprié pour une production industrielle.

本公开涉及发光材料技术领域,具体涉及一种有机电致发光化合物及其制备方法和有机电致发光器件。为了解决传统空穴传输材料中存在的问题而得到理想的材料,本公开提出向杂蒽的9-位引入芳基胺和杂环的解决方案。通过引入芳基胺获得了空穴注入能力/传输能力,高功率效率、长寿命;通过引入杂环获得适当玻璃态转变温度,从而获得了优质的有机电致发光材料。由本公开提供的化合物制备的器件具有极佳电流效率和功率效率以及长寿命。本公开提供的有机电致发光化合物的制备方法,简单易行,产量高,适于工业化生产。
