Provided is a method for preparing a high-rate polylactic acid foaming sheet material, the method comprising primary extrusion, secondary extrusion, and extrusion of the foaming sheet material, wherein the raw materials consist of the following ingredients in parts by weight: 88-94 parts of polylactic acid, 1-2 parts of a nucleating agent, 2-5 parts of a foaming agent, and 2-5 parts of an adjuvant. The present invention solves difficulties such as a low foaming ratio and a low strength of carbon dioxide used in industrial production, and the prepared polylactic acid sheet material with a high foaming ratio and excellent surface properties can be used in the fields of food packaging and disposable and fully degradable lunch boxes and the like.

L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un matériau très expansé en feuille à base d'acide polylactique, le procédé comprenant une extrusion primaire, une extrusion secondaire et l'extrusion du matériau expansé en feuille, les matières premières étant constituées des ingrédients suivants en parties en poids : 88 à 94 parties d'acide polylactique, 1 à 2 parties d'un agent de nucléation, 2 à 5 parties d'un agent d'expansion et 2 à 5 parties d'un adjuvant. La présente invention résout des difficultés, telles qu'un faible taux d'expansion et une faible quantité du dioxyde de carbone, rencontrées dans la production industrielle, et le matériau en feuille à base d'acide polylactique ainsi préparé, qui présente un taux d'expansion élevé et d'excellentes propriétés de surface, peut être utilisé dans les domaines de l'emballage alimentaire et des boîtes-repas jetables et entièrement dégradables et analogues.

本发明提供一种高倍率聚乳酸发泡片材的制备方法,包括一级挤出、二级挤出、挤出发泡片材;原料由下述成分按重量份组成:聚乳酸88~94份、成核剂1~2份、发泡剂2~5份、助剂2~5份。本发明有效解决了工业生产中使用二氧化碳发泡倍率低、强度不高等难点,制备的高发泡倍率、表面性能优良的聚乳酸片材可以用于食品包装以及一次性全降解餐盒等领域。
