The utility model discloses a battery replacement cabinet panel assembly structure. The battery replacement cabinet panel assembly structure comprises a panel and a cabinet body. A panel mounting opening matching the panel is provided on the cabinet body. Multiple engagement strips are provided on two sides of a back surface of the panel. An engagement base matching the engagement strips is provided on inner walls of two sides of the panel mounting opening. The engagement base comprises a fixing base, an elastic engagement assembly, and an auxiliary fixing member. The fixing base is mounted on the inner wall of the panel mounting opening. The elastic engagement assembly is fixed between the fixing base and the auxiliary fixing member. The engagement strips engage with one end of the elastic engagement assembly. The other end of the elastic engagement assembly is connected, by means of a traction cord, to a traction fastener provided on a lower end of the panel mounting opening. The battery replacement cabinet panel assembly structure of the utility model offers a simple and compact structure, and can be easily assembled in a short time.
