Abstract

Disclosed is a method for preparing a biomechanical unbleached pulp from grass straw, wherein same is obtained by treating grass as a raw material with an alkaline biological enzyme, then subjecting same to a heating treatment by means of a hot alkali steam, and then pulping and washing same. Also disclosed are a mechanical pulp obtained by using the above method and the use of the mechanical pulp in primary color wrapping papers and paper-based materials.

L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'une pâte non blanchie biomécanique à partir de paille d'herbe, celle-ci étant obtenue par traitement de l'herbe comme matière première avec une enzyme biologique alcaline, puis à la soumettre à un traitement de chauffage au moyen d'une vapeur alcaline chaude, puis à la désintégrer et à la laver. L'invention concerne également une pâte mécanique obtenue à l'aide du procédé ci-dessus et l'utilisation de la pâte mécanique dans des papiers d'emballage de couleur primaire et des matériaux à base de papier.

一种禾草秸秆制备生物机械本色浆的方法,以禾草为原料,采用碱性生物酶进行处理,然后经热碱蒸汽加热处理后磨浆、洗涤,即得。采用上述方法得到的机械浆以及机械浆在原色包装纸、纸基材料中的应用。
