Disclosed is an array substrate, comprising a glass substrate (101), a gate electrode (102), a scanning line (109), and an uplifted layer prepared on the surface of the substrate (101) and covering the gate electrode (102) and the scanning line (109), wherein the uplifted layer comprises a first area corresponding to the scanning line (109), and a second area corresponding to the gate electrode (102); and the uplifted layer comprises a first uplifted layer (103) and a second uplifted layer (104), with the first uplifted layer (103) covering the gate electrode (102) and the scanning line (109), and the second uplifted layer (104) being located at any side of an insulating layer.
