A method for manufacturing a blue phase liquid crystal panel, and a method for manufacturing a three-dimensional electrode (6) of the blue phase liquid crystal panel. The method for manufacturing a three-dimensional electrode (6) comprises: providing a substrate (1); forming a thin film (2) at a surface of the substrate (1); forming an auxiliary metal layer (3) at a surface of the thin film (2); etching the substrate (1) to form a three-dimensional base (4); cleaning the substrate (1); and depositing ITO (5) at a surface of the three-dimensional base (4) to obtain a three-dimensional electrode (6). The invention employs a metal-assisted technique to form three-dimensional electrodes (6) having different shapes, thereby lowering a drive voltage of a display panel.

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un panneau à cristaux liquides à phase bleue, et un procédé de fabrication d'une électrode tridimensionnelle (6) du panneau à cristaux liquides à phase bleue. Le procédé de fabrication d'une électrode tridimensionnelle (6) comprend : la fourniture d'un substrat (1) ; la formation d'un film mince (2) sur une surface du substrat (1) ; la formation d'une couche métallique auxiliaire (3) sur une surface du film mince (2 ); la gravure du substrat (1) pour former une base tridimensionnelle (4) ; le nettoyage du substrat (1) ; et la déposition de l'ITO (5) sur une surface de la base tridimensionnelle (4) pour obtenir une électrode tridimensionnelle (6). L'invention utilise une technique assistée par métal pour former des électrodes tridimensionnelles (6) ayant différentes formes, réduisant ainsi une tension d'attaque d'un panneau d'affichage.
