An array substrate (20) and a liquid crystal display panel. A first flow blocking groove (211) and a second flow blocking groove (212) form dual defensive lines and have the effect of blocking the spreading of materials of an alignment film layer (22); moreover, the first flow blocking groove (211) and the second flow blocking groove (212) are shallow grooves, and the subsequent deposited film layers cannot be left in the first flow blocking groove (211) and the second flow blocking groove (212), the subsequent depositing of the film layers cannot be influenced, and the poor performance of the array substrate (20) cannot be caused.

L'invention concerne un substrat de réseau (20) et un écran d'affichage à cristaux liquides. Une première rainure de blocage d'écoulement (211) et une seconde rainure de blocage d'écoulement (212) forment des lignes défensives doubles et ont pour effet de bloquer la diffusion de matériaux d'une couche de film d'alignement (22) ; en outre, la première rainure de blocage d'écoulement (211) et la seconde rainure de blocage d'écoulement (212) sont des rainures peu profondes, et les couches de film déposées subséquentes ne peuvent pas être laissées dans la première rainure de blocage d'écoulement (211) et la seconde rainure de blocage d'écoulement (212), le dépôt subséquent des couches de film ne peut pas être influencé, et les performances médiocres du substrat de réseau (20) ne peuvent pas être provoquées.

一种阵列基板(20)及液晶显示面板,第一阻流槽(211)及第二阻流槽(212)形成双重防线,起到阻挡配向膜层(22)的材料蔓延的作用,且第一阻流槽(211)及第二阻流槽(212)为浅槽,后续沉积的膜层不会在第一阻流槽(211)及第二阻流槽(212)处残留,不会影响后续膜层的沉积,不会造成阵列基板(20)性能不良。
