Provided is a hydrophobic steel wire rubber-coated cord, comprising the following parts by weight: 100 parts of rubber, 10-120 parts of white carbon black, 0.2-2.4 parts of hydrophobic modifier, 0.1-12 parts of silane coupling agent, 1-10 parts of zinc oxide, 1-10 parts of anti-aging agent, 0.1-5 parts of cobalt boroacylate, 1-10 parts of sulfur powder, and 1-10 parts of promoting agent. Also comprised is a method for preparing a hydrophobic steel wire rubber-coated cord. The hydrophobic steel wire rubber-coated cord and preparation method thereof are such that the interface adhesion of the hydrophobic steel wire rubber-coated cord better and the tensile strength are appropriate, and the anti-humidity and heat aging performance are significantly improved.

L'invention concerne un câble de fils d'acier revêtu de caoutchouc hydrophobe, comprenant les parties suivantes en poids : 100 parties de caoutchouc, 10 à 120 parties de noir de silice précipitée, 0,2 à 2,4 parties de modificateur hydrophobe, 0,1 à 12 parties d'agent de couplage silane, 1 à 10 parties d'oxyde de zinc, 1 à 10 parties d'agent anti-vieillissement, 0,1 à 5 parties de boroacylate de cobalt, 1 à 10 parties de poudre de soufre et 1 à 10 parties d'agent promoteur. L'invention concerne également un procédé pour la préparation d'un câble de fils d'acier revêtu de caoutchouc hydrophobe. Le câble de fils d'acier revêtu de caoutchouc hydrophobe et son procédé de préparation sont tels que l'adhérence d'interface du câble de fils d'acier revêtu de caoutchouc hydrophobe et la résistance à la traction sont appropriées et les performances anti-vieillissement dû à l'humidité et à la chaleur sont considérablement améliorées.
