The present application provides an OLED display panel and an OLED display device, comprising a display area and a light-transmitting area, the display area surrounding the perimeter of the light-transmitting area; a region of the OLED display panel corresponding to the light-transmitting area being provided with a groove, the groove at least passing through an encapsulation layer; the encapsulation layer having provided thereon a touch-control functional layer, the touch-control functional layer covering the display area, and at least a portion of the touch-control functional layer extending from the display area to the groove and covering the groove.

La présente invention concerne un panneau d'affichage à OLED et un dispositif d'affichage à OLED, comprenant une zone d'affichage et une zone de transmission de lumière, la zone d'affichage entourant le périmètre de la zone de transmission de lumière; une région du panneau d'affichage à OLED correspondant à la zone de transmission de lumière comportant une rainure, la rainure au moins traversant une couche d'encapsulation; la couche d'encapsulation comportant sur celle-ci une couche fonctionnelle de commande tactile, la couche fonctionnelle de commande tactile recouvrant la zone d'affichage, et au moins une partie de la couche fonctionnelle de commande tactile s'étendant de la zone d'affichage à la rainure et recouvrant la rainure.
