A touch display panel, comprising a substrate (10), a buffer layer (20), a first metal layer, a gate insulating layer (40), a semiconductor layer (30), an interlayer insulating layer (50), a second metal layer, a flat layer (70), a pixel electrode layer (80), an organic layer (90), and a common electrode layer (100) that are successively arranged, wherein the second metal layer comprises touch lines (62) and data lines (61); and sub-pixels (63) are formed at a vertical projection area of the semiconductor layer (30), the sub-pixels (63) are arranged in an array on the substrate (10), and the touch lines (62) are disposed in the sub-pixels (63). In the present touch display panel, the touch lines (62) and the data lines (61) provided therein do not easily short circuit when simultaneously formed into a film, which is advantageous to reducing the occurrence of bad situations, thereby improving the product yield and simultaneously reducing product costs.

L’invention concerne un écran d'affichage tactile, comprenant un substrat (10), une couche tampon (20), une première couche métallique, une couche d'isolation de grille (40), une couche semi-conductrice (30), une couche isolante intermédiaire (50), une seconde couche métallique, une couche plate (70), une couche d'électrode de pixel (80), une couche organique (90), et une couche d'électrode commune (100) qui sont agencées successivement, la seconde couche métallique comprenant des lignes tactiles (62) et des lignes de données (61); et des sous-pixels (63) étant formés au niveau d'une zone de projection verticale de la couche semi-conductrice (30), les sous-pixels (63) étant agencés en un réseau sur le substrat (10), et les lignes tactiles (62) étant disposées dans les sous-pixels (63). Dans le présent écran d'affichage tactile, les lignes tactiles (62) et les lignes de données (61) prévues à l'intérieur de celui-ci ne court-circuitent pas facilement lorsqu'elles sont simultanément formées en un film, ce qui est avantageux pour réduire l'apparition de mauvaises situations, ce qui permet d'améliorer le rendement du produit et de réduire simultanément les coûts du produit.
